AMP - Advanced Meeting Planner


AMP is a system for small and medium call centers, active and passive telemarketing. Allows efficient synchronization of meetings between operators, clients and consultants. It also includes detailed statistics for managers with an overview of meetings, products sold, clients, efficiency, operators etc.
The application runs in a web browser, so it is accessible from anywhere without installation. It is programmed in Java and uses a MySQL database. Security is ensured by an encrypted https.
System can be adjusted according to the customer requirements.

Function


Operator

  1. The operator has an overview about advisors and their spare time. Operator on the base of occupancy of an advisor is arranging a meeting with telephonically contacted clients. Each operator can be assigned its own consultant, who will be displayed preferentially
  2. Overview of an arranged meetings, their status and gained fees for arranging.
  3. Monthly statistics with the number of meetings and cancelled meeting. List of fees from advisors for operator services

Operator Manager
  1. In addition operator manager has an additional function:
  2. Monthly managerial statistics that shows the information on the direct and indirect subordinates - number of realized and not realized meetings and list of fees from advisors for operator services and call center services.
  3. Adding and editing subordinates operators. Operators may have their own subordinates, if ticked the "Submission", thus they become managers, which allows in the system to capture the complete structure of employees. In addition, operator manager can assign own advisers to operators.

Advisor
  1. Setting free time in which the operators will be arranging meetings.
  2. List of custom appointments and appointments scheduled by operators.
  3. List of clients including products sold. Ability to add recommendations to new clients gained at the meetings.
  4. Click on the client displays his address on mapy.cz.
  5. Appointment can be described as realized or not realized and it is possible to fill in sold products. According to the outcome of the meeting the amount of the fee of call center is determined by operator who arranged it.
  6. Appointment can be described as realized or not realized and it is possible to fill in sold products, commissions received, contacts for new clients and charges for call center services.
  7. Option to leave a message, which can be seen by the operator when arranging meetings.

Advisor Manager
  1. In addition advisor manager has an additional function:
  2. Daily Report in calendar form about planned free time and meetings of their direct and indirect subordinates.
  3. Monthly managerial statistics that shows the information on the direct and indirect subordinates list of sold products and acquired new contacts to clients. Additionally, it includes a breakdown of charges for call center services and individual operators. In addition, allows you to view detailed information about the meetings for both direct and indirect subordinates and thus through the whole structure of employees.
  4. Adding and editing subordinates advisors. Advisors may have their own subordinates, if ticked the "Submission", thus they become managers, which allows in the system to capture the complete structure of staff (suitable for multi level marketing).
